Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.

2. What Bamos provides

Bamos helps users discover people and activities based on shared hobbies, interests, availability and location preferences. Bamos provides a technology platform only and does not guarantee users, activities, venues, businesses, compatibility, attendance or outcomes.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity under your account.
• You may not transfer, sell or share your account.
• You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

4. Safety

Meeting people through an online service carries risks. Use good judgement, meet in public places, tell someone you trust where you are going, arrange your own transport and stop contact if you feel unsafe. Bamos does not conduct comprehensive background checks and does not guarantee any user’s identity, intentions or conduct.

5. Acceptable use

You must not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, exploit or harm another person; post unlawful, hateful, fraudulent, sexually exploitative or violent content; impersonate others; send spam or unauthorised advertising; scrape or interfere with the Services; upload malware; infringe intellectual-property rights; or use Bamos for illegal or dangerous activity.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Bamos a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote and improve the Services. You must have the rights needed to submit your content.

7. Activities and third parties

You are responsible for deciding whether to participate in activities and for checking suitability, cost, insurance, qualifications, venue rules and safety requirements. Arrangements with other users and businesses are between you and them unless Bamos expressly agrees otherwise.

8. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by the payment platform. Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play are also governed by the relevant store’s terms. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the policies of the relevant payment provider.

9. Intellectual property

The Bamos name, logo, software, design and non-user content are owned by or licensed to Bamos. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the Services under these Terms.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, acted unlawfully, failed to pay, or where action is needed to protect users or the Services.

12. Availability and disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, matches, friendships, attendance, safety, business results or any particular outcome.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bamos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or harm arising from interactions with users, activities or third parties. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.

14. Governing rules

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Bamos, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact us first so we can try to resolve disputes informally.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date.
